Reflexology cannot cure serious health conditions, and as a practitioner, I will never diagnose you with one. Reflexology is used to support a variety of issues. Including but not limited to:

Broken sleep  |  Hormonal imbalance  |  Fertility issues  |  Allergies  |  Chronic illness  |  Stress-related issues  |  Gut health  |  Anxiety & depression

In a (very small) nutshell, reflexology can:

  • Regulate the nervous system

  • Lower stress, anxiety and blood pressure

  • Encourage connection to the body and support healing

  • Increase circulation and encourage lymphatic drainage

Reflexology is a holistic therapy and in sessions, I may weave in a few gentle suggestions which could include referrals to other practitioners, aspects of diet, movement or stress management techniques to ensure a multi-faceted approach to healing. Reflexology can be used safely as a support alongside allopathic healthcare.

I want to support you to be your own advocate on your health journey!

Cost?

BRISTOL:

Cabin sessions are £45 for a 1 hour session, and home visits are £55.

DEVON:

Cabin sessions are £50 for a 1 hour session, and home visits are £60.

How long is a session?

Sessions are 1 hour long, which includes a brief health consultation; we will begin with discussing your reason for seeking treatment. This will ensure that the treatment plan is specifically tailored to your needs. All information taken will remain confidential.

If you are late, the treatment will finish at the originally agreed upon time and sessions will not be extended.

Covered on private health plans?

Yes! Reflexology is now covered by a number of private healthcare plans including: Benenden Healthcare, Bhsf, Bupa, Health Shield, Hive Insurance Services, HMCA, Medicash, Paycare, Simply Health, Soverign Health Care, UK Healthcare, Westfield Healthcare. You just need to submit a receipt I send you with your claim.

Where will the session be?

BRISTOL:

Cabin treatment - A little haven tucked away in St. Werburghs. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and looking out at a gorgeous skyline of Bristol, you really feel a million miles from the bustle of city life. Accessibility is limited here as there are lots of stairs. If you have specific accessibility requirements, a home visit may be more suitable.

Home sessions - You'll need a bed/sofa/chair you are comfortable receiving the treatment in, and you will need to provide a pillow to rest your feet on, a large towel to cover your feet and a blanket in case you get cold.

DEVON: â€‹

Cabin treatment - Given in a beautiful and cosy garden cabin in Rattery overlooking trees and nature. The space is warm, quiet and perfect for a deeply relaxing treatment.

How should I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothing - I would recommend not wearing a skirt as feet need to be hip width apart. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session with shoes and socks being removed. Please ensure feet are cleaned before arriving.

How do I pay?

I accept both cash or a bank transfer. If bank transfer, this will be required to be paid before the session. Details will be provided.

Any post-treatment info?

Common effects after a session may be increased energy, better quality sleep and general feeling of wellbeing.
Please drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, tobacco and other strong toxins. You may feel either physically or emotionally tired  - this is perfectly normal. Giving the body time to adjust and settle is recommended.

Contraindications?

If you have a fungal or infectious condition on your feet (such as athlete's foot), or any broken bones in your foot or ankle, I cannot treat you.
